Run virtually or come out for a great morning of running and support the Empowering Action 5K. Registered runners will receive a male or female Tech T-Shirt. The 5K starts at 8:30 am and runs on a USATF certified course through the Seneca Creek State Park. The rolling course is a great way to start the day! Prizes for the 5K race: 1st place male and female finisher in the ten year age groups and 1st place male and female overall. At 9:15 there is a 1K Kids Fun Run.
